We are so fortunate to have a wonderful centre in London, but to keep it in a way that all can enjoy and benefit from, it needs constant maintenance. These are just some of the few jobs in constant need of volunteers:

You may have seen someone wandering around with a vacuum cleaner or ladder, or smelt the wonderful aromas coming from the kitchen and thought: "I wonder how they got involved?..." Well now is your chance to find out! Come and practice "working meditation" in a supportive environment either during the week or join the small group of people who spend a Saturday or Sunday a month helping out. You are guaranteed a good laugh and plenty of tea to keep you going! Talk to Lama Zangmo, one of the resident nuns or lay people the next time you are at the centre.
