You will learn a sequence that you will be able to practice at home and really observe your progress.

Aligning movement with breath and turning inward; Ashtanga is more than just a physical workout. It is a form of movement meditation.

Ashtanga practice will work up a sweat, so a reasonable level of fitness is required. Though adjustments can be offered.

Depending on adequate uptake, a 6 week introduction course at price of £90. This will be held every Sunday from 4.30 to 6.30pm from 24th September until 29th October.
