Good Thinking UK, an NHS digital mental wellbeing service designed specifically for Londoners, has been working with The Buddhist Society and the Network of Buddhist Organisations to develop the Five Ways to Wellbeing and Buddhism – a new resource to support the mental health and wellbeing of the Buddhist community living across our city.

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the whole world. Life for many of us has changed beyond recognition over the past two years, and we’ve all had to adapt to a ‘new normal’. As we return to socialising and seeing friends and family again, the pandemic has brought about a significant increase in a range of mental health conditions for adults, from low mood and sleep problems to anxiety and depression. The Good Thinking team, a digital mental wellbeing service for Londoners, has been making changes to the range of free services it offers to provide improved mental health and wellbeing support designed specifically for the Buddhist community in London. 

The Five ways to Wellbeing and Buddhism resources have been developed by mental health professionals in partnership with the Buddhist community to meet the growing demand for mental health support across London. The Five ways to Wellbeing and Buddhism is endorsed by The Buddhist Society and the Network of Buddhist Organisations.
