Chenrezig, the Bodhisattva of Compassion With Lama Zangmo Sun 11 Feb 2024 11am – 3:30pm Lama Zangmo will give instructions on the practice of Chenrezig, the Bodhisattva of compassion, which we recite weekly on Sunday evenings at Samye Dzong London.

The instructions will include explanation on how to meditate and visualise while reciting the mantra, the meaning of the mantra and the benefits of the practice.

You will need to have a text as it is referred to in the instructions, available from the shop. There will be time for Q&A  and the day will be divided into teaching sessions, with breaks for tea and lunch, available in our Tibetan Tearoom.

The day will be followed by a Chenrezig puja at 7pm in the evening.
