Join us for Dharma teachings and meditation sessions guided by our Resident Lama, Lama Gelongma Zangmo. Should you wish to spend some quiet time, you are welcome to sit in our reading library or enjoy a cup of tea in our Tibetan Tearoom & Shop.

Public transport: 

Tube Stations: The nearest Underground Station is Bermondsey on the Jubilee Line. London Bridge, on the Northern and Jubilee Lines, is slightly further away.

Buses: The following buses come near the centre – No 1, 78, 188, 42, 47, 381 and C10.


The No 1 and 78 buses stop particularly close to the centre, at the “Spa Road” stop on Grange Road.

Parking close to the Centre is free at weekends and from 6:30pm in the evenings.

Visit our Tibetan Tearoom

The Tearoom serves coffee and a variety of organic teas, including our homemade spicy chai. There is a  selection of organic and homemade snacks and cakes. At weekends hot soup or dhal will be served between 1 PM and 2 PM on a first come basis. Everyone is welcome to visit and experience the delicious food, and warm atmosphere.
