Lhabab Duchen is a 'Wheel Day' which signifies the Buddha’s Descent from Heaven, where he taught his mother to repay her kindness.

It is said that the positive effects of dharma practice on Wheel Days are multiplied many hundreds of times, so it is an ideal time to join in this day of practice.

We will have a day of Chenrezig practice dedicated to world peace and to the happiness of all beings.

Everybody is welcome to attend all or part of the day.

10:30am - 11:30am  Chenrezig puja

11:30am -  12 noon   Tea Break

12noon - 1pm             Chenrezig puja

1pm - 2pm                   Lunch break

2pm - 3pm                  Chenrezig puja

3pm  - 3:30pm           Tea Break

3:30pm - 4:30pm     Chenrezig puja

Anybody who is not familiar with the puja can still attend and sit and meditate on compassion and recite the mantra: Om Mani Peme Hung
