About the event
Milarepa is one of the greatest yogis to have lived in Tibet. His life story in particular provides us with encouragement and inspiration to persevere when we encounter difficulties. These teachings point out the essential qualities needed for a spiritual practitioner and how to gain inner peace and mental stability.
Milarepa's Song of Happiness describes how we can become free of habitual reactivity, unhelpful emotional patterns, and limited ways of seeing ourselves and others.
