This is a group practice for those who have taken refuge and started the Ngondro Prostration Practice.Â
Programme
10am - 11.30am:Â Â Lama Zangmo will give a short instruction followed by a guided contemplation of the Four Thoughts and prostrations.
11.30am -12: break
12noon - 1pm: Prostrations
1pm - 2pm: Lunch break
2pm - 3pm: Prostrations
