Please come prepared for a day of activity supplemented with tea, snacks and good company. We will spend the day giving the Centre a spring clean, both inside and outside. 

We ask people to please come for the full day, otherwise it gets too difficult for us to manage. Please only come if you can attend the full day. 

The day will start with 20 min meditation together in the shrine room, followed by job allocations.

9.30am - 9.50am Meditation Session

10am - 11.30am Work session

11.30 am teabreak

12-1pm Work session

1pm Light lunch followed by clearing up in the kitchen

2pm - 3.30pm Worksession, finish with cleaning & putting away tools

3.40pm - 4pm Meditation Session to finish

Please wear work clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, and
