At the request of some of the students who received empowerments from Tulku Damcho in Samye Ling last year, Lama Zangmo will give instructions on the sadhana practice of White Tara, which is associated with long life, health and vitality – very useful qualities for Dharma practitioners.

The practice text is composed by Jamgon Kontrul the Great. Texts can be purchased from the shop closer to the time of the course. Lama Zangmo will give practice instructions on the text, the visualisation, mantra recitation and vajrayana practice in general. There will also be time to do the practice itself and get familiar with the text.

To attend this course it is a requirement to have taken refuge and to have received the White Tara empowerment. When booking onto this course, please confirm that you have received the empowerment.
