In October 2024 there will be an opportunity for practitioners to join a One-Year Ngondro Retreat in Scotland - on Holy Isle for women and on Arran for men.
Retreatants will receive online daily teachings from Drupon Rinpoche Karma Lhabu, the Retreat Master at Thrangu Sekhar retreat in Nepal, and will do daily practice sessions on the Four Foundations.
